FAQs

Do you handle both residential and commercial projects in Toronto?

Yes, Inner Lands is licensed to take on both residential and commercial renovations.

We actively work in the heart of the city’s downtown core and surrounding areas. If you’re outside the city limits contact us directly — we take on additional locations for the right project.

Each project is unique, and requires a precise review to determine scope, planning stage, site conditions and cleint requirements.

Most structural, electrical, plumbing, and addition work requires a City of Toronto building permit; cosmetic work like painting, flooring, or cabinet swaps generally does not. We do our best to confom to codes and requirements, but always keep in mind ways to limit inetractions with the city.

A kitchen renovation in the GTA can start at $30,000, and a 3-piece bathroom renovation can start at $20,000, but the final cost is entirely dependant on the existing structures in your home, finishes, plumbing and electrical needs, and more. We can provide an itemized quote after an in-person walkthrough – no phone estimates.
